Praise for

Web Site of the Month for April 2003

from BBC America internal magazine, The Insider

There are many tributes to the classic Fawlty Towers on the Net, but http://www.fawltysite.net/ is one of the very best. Laid out in an almost newspaper style, the site has everything you would want to know about the show and more.

Here you'll find all the usual trappings: a general history of the show, an episode guide, cast biographies, trivia, a puzzle, links to other sites and a message board1 where fans can discuss not only Fawlty Towers but other classic Britcoms.

What makes fawltysite.net stand out is the quality of the design and the writing. I hope that the site's creator, a Scotsman named Joe Bananas (yeah, right, I'm sure that's his name) will hopefully branch out and give other programs the same treatment.

Stop by this site soon…but just don't mention the war. : )
